Patricia A. (Zakacs) Marinello

A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia A. Marinello (nee Zakacs), age 83, of Wickliffe and formerly of Euclid, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of mass.

Patricia passed away peacefully June 25, 2023. She was born on September 16, 1939 in White Plains, NY to the late Andrew and Ann (nee Jaros) Zakacs.

Patricia was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church where she was also active with the Mt. Carmel Society. She worked for Local 860, retiring in 1992, and belonged to the Wickliffe Italian-American Club Ladies Auxiliary.

Patricia loved bowling, going to the Wickliffe Senior Center and playing cards with her friends.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late David; dearest mother of Anna Marie (Ronald) Lukehart, Anthony “Tony” (deceased) (Jeanette), Lisa (Tony, deceased) Baucco and Monica (Bart) Varney; devoted grandmother of Marissa, Miranda, Anntoinette, Vince, Nathan and Sam (deceased); dear sister of Juanita (Jack) Sumrada, Robin Ciofani and Charlotte (Adelbert) Roose (both deceased); dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
