John J. Lengyel, Jr., age 62 passed away October 14, 2022 at his residence in Wickliffe. He was born December 1, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio to John and Julia (nee Emrisko) Lengyel, Sr.

John was a graduate of Wickliffe High School and an auto body technician by trade. He was always the kind of person to drop anything he was doing to lend a hand to family or friends. If John was not riding his motorcycle, you could always find him tinkering with cars in the garage or lounging at home in his favorite flannel shirt.

John leaves behind his fiancée, Denise Taddeo; son, John (Sarah) Lengyel; sister, Mary Beth Owens; nephews, Eric Stanic, Matt (Melanie) Stanic, and Michael “Mikey” Nagy; great nephew, Noah Stanic.

John was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Judy Swartzlander, and nephew, Mark Nagy.
In lieu of a viewing or funeral service, John would have wanted his family and friends to take the time to celebrate his life in their own way this week.
