John J. Faber

Mass of Christian Burial for John J. Faber, age 75, of Wickliffe, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Immaculate Conception Church 37932 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Mr. Faber passed away November 25, 2020 and was born on February 5, 1945 in Cleveland, OH to the late John and Anna (nee Smiciklas).

John was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran serving in the 101st Airbone Division. His world revolved around his grandchildren whom he loved dearly.

John was the dearest father of Madaline (Eric) Dideon; devoted papa to Cole, Evelyn and Charlie; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a kind and caring person to all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Anne Stevens, Delores Stevens and Carol Muzila where he has now made a heavenly reunion with all of his family.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at the church from 10:00 AM UNTIL TIME OF MASS. Private burial will be held in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John’s memory to St. Bonaventure Indian Mission & School 25 Navarre Blvd W, Thoreau, NM 87323.
