Frederick Andrew Brendy

A Funeral Mass for Frederick Andrew Brendy, age 90, of Wickliffe, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Mr. Brendy passed away March 20, 2021 and was born on June 21, 1930 in Cleveland, OH to the late Frederick and Helen (nee Skvarka).

Frederick was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a very active parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.

He loved trains and sitting by tracks to watch them go by with his children and grandchildren. Frederick also enjoyed bowling, polka music, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Fredrick was the beloved husband of 62 years to the love of his life Genevieve (nee Sredinsky); dearest father of Debra (John) Sidorski, Donna (Larry) Caskey (both deceased), Susan Stone (Jeff Halkerston), Patricia Fitzmaurice and Joseph (Kelly); devoted grandfather of Jake, Jason, Sasha, Keith, Robin, Andy, Jayden and great grandfather of Azalea, Skylar, Jackson and Will.
