Agnes T. (Rolling) Beckman

Agnes T. Beckman (nee Rolling), age 95, of Wickliffe, passed away peacefully at home September 2, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Agnes was born Sept. 14th, 1929, in Cleveland, OH.  She attended Notre Dame Academy High School in Cleveland. After graduating, she started her career working as a secretary at Capital Fuel Company. As she started a family, she devoted herself to being a stay at home Mom and loving housewife. She often would say how blessed she was for the gift of family. It was her greatest accomplishment.   

Agnes was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church where she often volunteered, in many different ways, for over 50 years. She was very strong in her Catholic faith and displayed her devotion to the Blessed Mother by praying the rosary. Agnes loved to bowl, play golf (until she was 90), sew, and was an avid reader and gardener.  She was also extremely talented at making beautifully decorated cakes. 

Agnes was the beloved wife of the late Robert; dearest mother of Cindy (Larry, deceased) Arbaugh, Cathy (Norman) Stalker, Robert (Sharon), Richard (Debbie, fiancé), Karen (Chuck) Macarine and Christine (Kevin) Zaletel; devoted grandmother of Nicole, Stefanie, Dan, Adam, Allison, Andrea, Ryan, Sarah, Alicia, Ben, Michael, Brent, Olivia, Ian and great grandmother of Evan, Sadie, Colton, Stella, Barrett, Beaux and Morgan; dear sister of the late Rita and Mary Beth and an aunt to many nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends at The Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp. following the mass.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agnes’ memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, P.O. BOX 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192.
