Violet Y (nee Scipione) Canzone, 92, a life-long resident of Wickliffe, passed away January 30, 2017. She was born September 27, 1924 in Wickliffe, Ohio. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Wickliffe. She worked at Ohio Rubber and retired from General Electric. She is survived by her siblings, Dora and Tony Scipione & she was a Aunt, Great Aunt and Great-Great Aunt to many loving nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry, parents, Antonio and Martina Scipoine, sisters, Velma & Lucy, brothers, Nick, Martin, Albert, Carmen, Carly & Michael. Funeral Services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Orlando Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, Ohio. Entombment will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
