Theresa A. "Tess" Eyerman, age 87, daughter of Edward and Anna Eyerman (both deceased), sister of the following deceased: Edward (Veronica) Eyerman, John (Rosemary) Eyerman, Amy (Harry Freedlin aka big band leader Blue Barron) Eyerman, Jeanette Butler, George Eyerman, Mary (William) Page, and Louise (Chuck) Juretic, and her beloved dogs Schultzy, Schotzie, and B.C. Theresa was a loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews who knew her as Aunt Tess.

Theresa, a Cleveland native, was a strong independent spunky woman with many talents. Her education began at St. Boniface Grammer and High School, then off to LaSalle Extension University, Chicago, IL and Kent State. In her lifetime, she was an excellent seamstress and baker, knitter, crocheter, a world traveler, music lover, avid reader, breeder of German Schnauzer dogs, and loved nature.

Theresa had many collections but had the strongest affection for her doll collection which numbered in the hundreds. Throughout her life Theresa had worked in sales, accounting, clerical jobs, and social work. Some of her jobs included Catholic Charities, Good Year Tire & Rubber Co. in Brookpark, OH and Los Angeles, CA. Four years later in California she changed jobs to the Council of Jewish Women Home, Hollywood Calif. Eventually moving back to Cleveland, Ohio, she found employment with the Jones Home for Children, Family & Childrens Services, and then to the Ohio Veterans Children's Home in Xenia, Ohio, where she retired after 25 years of dedicated service as a social worker and care giver to many children. Theresa had a devotion to St. Jude and St. Theresa.

Theresa passed away on February 16, 2024. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM UNTIL TIME OF MASS.
