SHIRLEY MAY FAZIO (nee Sopko) age 82, passed away November 15, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Anthony; dearest mother of Anthony (Manette), Joseph (Deceased), Ann (Robert) Gross, Annette (Michael) Jaklich and Mary (Michael) Conway; devoted grandmother of Alexandra (Michael) Trueman, Bridgette (Thomas) McAndrew, Elyse Gross, Olivia Conway and great grandmother of Michael Trueman; Dear aunt to Daniel Sopko. Contributions may be made in Shirley's memory to Slovene Home for the Aged 18621 Neff Rd., Cleveland, OH 44119. Mass of Chistian Burial 10:00 a.m. Tuesday November 20th at Ss.
