Mass of Christian Burial for Samuel P. Shero, age 62, of Willoughby, will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Samuel passed away September 29, 2021 and was born on December 4, 1958 in East Cleveland, OH.

Sam enjoyed shooting guns, shooting the breeze, cooking, and going out to dinner with his wife Amy.   Amy was the love of his life and he wanted nothing more than to spend time with her and take care of her.  Sam was extremely generous and you could always count on him to help in any way needed.   He loved sharing stories (which grew each time he told them) and made everyone laugh.

Sam was the beloved husband of Amy (nee Jessup); dearest father of Carmen; step-father of Sarah and Steven, beloved son of Margaret (nee McNulty) and the late Joseph; dearest brother of Karen Rotter, Joseph (Mary Beth), Peggy (Mark) Smith, Ruth (Rusty) Holler, Laura (Bill) Henry and Bill (Maggie); devoted grandfather of Sawyer and Bodhi; fun uncle to many nieces and nephews; dear cousin and friend to many including Landin and Tom (and any stranger he met).

The family will receive friends at THE ORLANDO-DONSANTE-PREVITE FUNERAL HOME 29550 EUCLID AVE., WICKLIFFE ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8TH FROM 3:00 TO 8:00 PM.  For the safety of family and friends, we ask everyone to wear a mask.  Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
