Funeral Services for Ruth A. Shank (nee Johns), age 95, of Painesville Twp. and formerly of Wickliffe, will be held at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Nottingham Baptist Church 2921 Bishop Rd., Willoughby Hills. Mrs. Shank passed away peacefully February 5, 2022 and was born October 5, 1926 in Starford, PA.

Ruth was a longtime member of Nottingham Baptist Church for over 50 years. She loved baseball and was a huge fan of the Cleveland Indians, but when it came to football, Ruth a was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Harold "Hal"; dearest mother of Randy (Nancy) Shank and Mitzi (deceased) (Kenneth) Muck; devoted grandmother of Eric (Tara) Shank and Bradley (Bethany) Shank and great grandmother of Ryan and Bryce Shank; dear sister of Jack (Lavina) Johns (both deceased) and Margaret "Mag" (Marlin, deceased) Watterson.

The family will receive friends at THE CHURCH FROM 12:30 PM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICES ON SATURDAY. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's memory to Nottingham Baptist Church.
