Paul R. Thornton, Sr., age 77, of Wickliffe, passed away August 26, 2022. Mr. Thornton was born on March 1, 1945 in South Charleston, WV to the late George and Mary (nee Gaylor).

Paul was the beloved husband of the late Elaine (nee Burmeister); dearest father of Paul R., Jr. (Vickie); devoted grandfather of Paul M. (Meagan), Dale R. (Brittany) and great grandfather of Aspen; dear brother of Nancy Craig and of the late George "Georgie", Dencil "Ray", Daniel "Pee-Wee", Herbert and Carl "Tootlebug".

The family will receive friends at The Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, on Saturday, September 24th from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
