Michelle A. (Orlosky) Formica, 52, of Timberlake, passed away May 21, 2017 at her residence. She was born September 28, 1964 in Euclid, Ohio, and was a resident of Timberlake her whole life. She was a teacher for 15 years. Michelle's first love was caring for her family and friends. She loved attending her children's sporting events, scrap-booking, cooking, gardening and attending Chinese auctions. She was a selfless person who always put others before herself, no matter the circumstance. Our Michelle was loved by all. She was a great mother, daughter, wife and sister and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Larry, children, Tyler and Isabella, mother, Sandra Orlosky and brother Frank Orlosky. She is preceded in death by her father Donald Orlosky. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27 at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd, Eastlake, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m Fri, May 26, at The Orlando Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, Ohio. Entombment will be at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, Ohio.
