Marie A. DiSiena (nee Iafelice), age 97, formerly of Willoughby and former longtime resident of Wickliffe, passed away peacefully September 4, 2023. Mrs. DiSiena was born on June 14, 1926 in Wickliffe, OH.

Marie was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church where she was also a member of the Mt. Carmel Society. She loved cooking, especially for her family, friends and during the holidays, working on word search puzzles, telling jokes and writing poems for everyone's birthday, going to casinos and traveling with her late husband Al.

Marie was the loving mother of Cyndy DiSiena and Linda Munnings; devoted grandmother of Randy Munnings; dear aunt of Carol (Keith) Clark, Dan (Linda) Iafelice and many other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert; brother, Val (Del, deceased) Iafelice, sister, Victoria (Jeff, deceased) Fatica, and many other brothers and sisters-in-law, and nephew, Nicky Catanese.

The family would to thank Rae-Ann Geneva for their wonderful care and kindness to mom and a special thanks to her friends, Michelle and Cameron of Rae-Ann, and to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12th at The Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Private inurnment will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
