Mass of Christian Burial for Louis C. Yanick, age 72, of Eastlake, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at St. Justin Martyr Church 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. Louis was born June 20, 1952 in Cleveland, OH to the late Stephen and Susan (nee Fertal).

Louis was a U.S. Army veteran, he was also a longtime member of the American Legion Brewer Tarasco Post 7, the Wickliffe Italian-American Club, and parishioner of St. Justin Martyr Church. He enjoyed sports very much, especially baseball, playing bocce, and he lived for his children and grandchildren where he helped coach and being there to watch them play at their sporting events.

Louis was the beloved husband of Donna (nee DePalma); dearest father of Christopher (Ivana) and Matthew (Eryn); devoted grandfather of MiaBella, Santino, Genevieve and Giovanni; dear brother of Bill (Elizabeth, deceased), Dorothy (Bernie) Ross and Steve "Sonny" (Dolores)(both deceased); dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at THE ORLANDO-DONSANTE-PREVITE FUNERAL HOME 29550 EUCLID AVE., WICKLIFFE, ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens following the mass.
