Kenneth "Kenny" Seymour's Obituary

"Friends are the family we choose"

And Kenny had a whole lot of family!!  Kenny loved you before he even met you and when he loved you -- you knew it!!  You probably would have gotten a phone call or 2 hundred so you didn't forget -- whether it was calling you for your birthday or him calling to remind you of his.

Kenneth Mack Rusty Seymour was born August 2nd, 1995 -- you would think he was a medical miracle with the litany of ailments when he was brought into this world.  Kenny never let those things slow him down.  He was special from day one -- he literally lived alone in the hospital for the 1st year and a half of his life until that smile got the attention of his Aunt Terri and his Mom Karen. In spite of all Kenny's pain, that smile never came off his face. Kenny was a fighter.  A short time later, his Mom Karen decided he would never fight alone again.  Kenny telling the judge that he wanted Karen to be his mom and that he is a Seymour was a happy day.  It was Karen who introduced Kenny to bowling, maybe on purpose or maybe by dumb luck -- but it stuck.

Those who knew Kenny would laugh if you said he loved bowling -- he was obsessed with bowling!! During his first PBA visit, Major Mika bowled a game with Kenny since he missed the kids Pro/Am -- and that act of kindness put Kenny on his path to PBA Ambassador extraordinaire.  Kenny's hero was always Pete Weber (PDW) and Kenny could tell you every tournament he won and how much he won them by.  Kenny was a walking statistician for PBA bowlers.  Then one day by the grace of God and with a little help from BK (forever indebted) -- Kenny got to meet his hero PDW or you could say Pete was lucky enough to meet his #1 fan.  Pete, along with all the other bowlers' initial reaction was probably -- do I go on a journey with this kid? or seek a protection order? Luckily, Pete and the entire PBA community went on the ride with Kenny and they got more love from this kid than they could possibly have imagined.  Tracy knew this kid was special when he jumped in her arms the first time he met her -- she was equal never #2 in Kenny's eyes.  And Kenny wasn't just a fan, he was a bowler!!  2 gold medals over the years in 2 different states along with a 3rd place finish at a US Open Pro-Am witnessed by some of his new PBA friends -- Who do you think you are? I am!!  PDW Baaaby!!  Kenny had so many special ties with the PBA bowlers and community that they cannot all be mentioned but they know the love Kenny had for each and every one of them. The family knows Kenny is beaming from Heaven seeing all the Facebook posts in his honor. PDW111111.

The other constant in Kenny's life was his Aunt Terri -- a fierce advocate for him and a 2nd mom who loved him so much.  Kenny had many uncles but none more special than Uncle Doug -- the "Ten Pins" nickname that Kenny loved came from Uncle Doug along with a competitive spirit that was unmatched.  Kenny had so many friends and that included some special ones like the Alexanders -- Joni, Rich and Grant.  Kenny even loved his doctors, all of his nurses and care providers over the years -- especially Dr Hardesty. Kenny also loved his visits to Granny and Grandpa George -- he is with Granny again.

Kenny went to see his Lord and Savior on December 12th, 2025, he was surrounded by so much love on his greatest of journeys. Kenny is survived by his mom Karen Seymour, Aunt Terri Robertson, brother Anthony, Uncle Tim Seymour (Aunt Janet), Uncle Doug Seymour, Uncle Tom Seymour (Aunt Danielle) and Aunt Debbie Jarosz; also, special cousin's the Targosky's -- Dave, Karla, Allison, Nick and Bob.  Kenny was loved by all of his cousins -- Charlie Jarosz, Morgan Metcalf (Seth), Stephanie Jarosz, Brandon Seymour, Ryan Seymour, Reese Seymour, Tucker Seymour and Austin Seymour. Kenny also held his California family close to his heart -- Aunt Glenda, Aunt Carolyn, Aunt Janet and dearest friend Susan Lux (Linda). Kenny had many other friends that were considered family but the list would never end. KMRS111111

Awaiting Kenny's arrival to heaven's lane 1 was Grandma Patsy, Uncle Terry, Uncle Brian, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Jim and Grandpa Chuck -- Kenny will be bringing the thunder!!  Yeah BAAABY!
