Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, Geraldine Fitz (nee Lipovich), passed away peacefully on September 7, 2021. Born in Painesville, OH, Gerry grew to love her "hometown" of Wickliffe as she raised her family in the city she dearly appreciated.

While serving in various professional roles, including her most rewarding time in the pre-school at Grace Episcopal Church in Willoughby, Gerry found her essential purpose in supporting her family. Through domestic endeavors, Gerry expressed her love for her children, husband, and all those that entered their home.

Gerry is survived by and was dearest mother to Robin (John) Recob and Katie (Brad) Hallam; stepmother to David (Marni) Fitz and Michelle (Ronald) Muttillo; grandmother to Christopher Fitz, Brandon Fitz (Liz), Nicholas Fitz (Cecilia), David Fitz, Jenna Recob, Jake Recob, Noah Muttillo, Caden Muttillo, Grayson Hallam, Clayton Hallam and great grandmother to Jonathan Fitz, Lincoln Fitz and Elena Lucia Fitz.

Gerry was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Frank, her father, John, mother, Lillian and stepmother, Marguerite.
