George Anthony Novich, known by many as “Tony”, age 71, of Willowick, passed away peacefully October 16, 2026, with his wife and son by his side, who lovingly took great care of him during his lengthy illness.

Tony loved listening to music and playing the bass guitar, enjoyed the outdoors very much, and he loved being able to spend quality time with his family and friends.

Tony was the beloved husband of Jo Ann (nee Pompignano); dearest father of Anthony Novich; beloved son of the late George “Sammy” and Mary (nee Spagnoletti) Novich; dear brother of Joanne (Paul) Simonetta and Justine (Mike) Brown; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

At Tony’s request, there will be no services held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Donations may be made in care of Tony’s family.
