It is with deep sadness to announce the devastating passing of David J. Sasek, Jr., age 49, of Eastlake, who passed away February 22, 2021. He was born on May 12, 1971 in Johnstown, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial for David will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe (Please Meet at Church).

David was a 1989 graduate of Wickliffe High School. He will be remembered by his contagious smile and unconditional love that he had for his family and friends.

David was the son of David, Sr. and Nora (nee Tavernini); fiancée of Gina Timpero; brother of Paul Sasek (Suszette) and Giselle Kelley (Bill) Salerno; uncle of Nico and Giana Salerno, Nicole and Megan; nephew of Nancy and Ron Sherbine of Portage, PA and Larry and Mark Sasek of Beaverdale, PA.

He was preceded in death by his nonna, Giselle Tavernini; grandmother, Helen Sasek; uncles, Reno and Aldo.

The family will receive friends at The Orlando-Donsante-Previte Funeral Home 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe on Friday, February 26th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Masks Required with Social Distancing and Occupancy Limits). Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
