Dave Evans, age 63, passed away May 15, 2021. He was born on September 18, 1957 to the late Charles and Lois (nee Hult) Evans in Cleveland, OH.

Dave had been an active member of A.A.

Dave was the beloved husband of Emily (nee Balozy) Evans; dearest father to his son, Zachery Evans and his step-daughter Samantha Macko; dearest father-in-law of Mercedes Evans; devoted grandfather of seven; dear brother of Paddie Kuehn.

In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his daughter, Gabriela.
