Charles J. Westfall, Jr., age 84, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on November 10, 2018 after an extended illness.

Charley was a proud veteran of the US Army 82nd Airborne Division and was an avid sports enthusiast on and off the field.  In his youth, he played baseball, basketball and football.  He was a passionate golfer and had three hole-in-one's over the years. If he wasn't on a golf course, he was watching sports and loved all of the Cleveland teams regardless of their records.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lucille (nee Sadowski); daughters Debbie (Dan) Lucas and Sandy Otcasek; grandchildren, Charlie Uhlik, Josh (Rachael) Lucas and Jillian (Sid) Lucas; his brother Stephen (Dell) Sadowski; niece Stephanie Sincoff and her daughter Sydney.

To honor his wishes, no funeral will be held. Charley's remains will be interred at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in the Spring when the putting greens are ready.
