Anthony Oschip, age 85, of Willoughby, passed away November 3, 2023. He was born in Clymer, PA to the late Metro and Piza (nee Truenchalk). Anthony was the last remaining member in his family of eleven children.
Anthony was an honorable U.S. Army Veteran and attended John Carroll University. He loved to putter around the house and yard, did landscaping work for many years on the side, and he loved country music and having a good time.
Anthony retired from the Lake Co. Department of Utilities Aquarius Parkway where he served as the Chief Inventory Clerk. He had many other jobs throughout the years from working at the Plain Dealer, General Electric Co., and was a caretaker for a funeral home in Bedford, OH.
Anthony was the loving husband of 63 years to Betty Ann (nee Milko); dearest father of Brenda (Ernie) Giffin, Brian and Gregory (Katie); devoted grandfather of Adam and Zachary Corbe and Luke and Leah Oschip and great grandfather of August, Silas, Levi and Aiden.
Private Funeral and Burial Services will be held.
