Anna J. Mocz (nee Caponi), age 100, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2023 at Concord Village Skilled Nursing.

Anna was the beloved wife of the late Joseph; dearest mother of Thomas (Colleen); devoted grandmother of Brian, Andrew (Stacey), Rob and great grandmother of Ashlyn, Taylor, Avery, Joseph, Sullivan, Lillian, Vivian and Evelyn, who will all miss her dearly; dear sister of the late Phil (Patricia, deceased) Caponi and twin sister, Mary Jane (Alex, deceased) Kollar; dear aunt to Lisa Caponi (Terri). She loved all her dear friends at Bishop Park Apartments for the last 50 years. A special thanks to Anna Marie Meyers for her loving care of Anna.

A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 24th at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens 11521 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland. Luncheon to follow the service at the cemetery.
