Mass of Christian Burial for Adelbert "Del" E. Roose, age 79, of Willoughby Hills, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday February 28th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 29840 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Mr. Roose passed away on February 23, 2018 and was born on December 4, 1938 in Cleveland, OH.

Del was a US Army Veteran who served in Korea and was also a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Wickliffe. He was a Mechanical Design Engineer and was employed by ABB (Formerly Bailey Meter) and retired after 32 years of service.

Del resided in Wickliffe prior to moving to Willoughby Hills 30 years ago.

Dearest father of Daniel (Carrie), Kelly (Joseph) Timko and Christine (Charles) Carroscia; Devoted grandfather of Austin and Hailey Roose and Dominic and Danielle Carroscia.

Del was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte (nee Zakacs); his parents Earl and Elizabeth (nee Kelly) and his sister Catherine (Edward) Wanstreet.

The family will receive friends at The Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe Tuesday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
